[Elecraft] AtoB mods on K2#1043

As I wanted to add the KPA100 option to my CW-only K2, I ordered the AtoB 
revision kits, and made all the "necessary" changes... This was a painful 
affair, as the desoldering of the parts was extremely difficult and 
time-consuming. 

I think I  have broken something in the process, as I can't get enough output 
on the higher bands. Before the mods I had more than 12 Watts on all bands. 
After the doing the mods + readjustment of the bandfilters according to the 
specifications I get:

28 MHz - 4 W
24.9 MHz - 5 W
21 MHz - 6 W
18 MHz - 10 W
14 MHz - 10 W
10.1 MHz - 10 W
all other bands > 12 Watts.

increasing the top capacitity of the filters does not help.

Is this normal?
If not, what could be a possible cause? Did I overlook something?
Does this mean I will have only 40 W on 10 with the KPA100?
