[Elecraft] Any satisfied MP-1 owners?

indeed - in fact, I purchased the mobile kit for the MP-1 at HRO a while back - within five minutes of getting on the open highway at 70mph, it snapped right off at the base even though I had also guyed it about two feet up for extra support (this was the only thing that kept it attached to the vehicle until I could stop!). I sent one email to the company asking for help, though that went unanswered (ran out of time and ended up falling back on the hamsticks - had other things to worry about at the time and did not try again) so I do not know if there are recommended remedies to this problem.... - jeff wk6i
