[Elecraft] New KX1 comment

Someone was developing a modification for the K1 to allow it to work on 
SSB. I've been hoping that Elecraft would take up the idea and either 
produce an SSB version of the K1 or an official modification kit for it. If 
it could do SSB it could do PSK31 as well...
