Sorry to bother, but need more help.

Finished assembly up to the point of testing the transmitter.

Before this point, when testing the RX I was able to copy some sigs on 40m.

Now I am copying no sigs on 40, but all other bands seem to rx OK.

Transmitting on all bands starting at 2W yeilds only about 25MW on 20M,
nothing on 40 according to WM-2 meter. About 1W on 80M, around 4MW on 10.
Most other bands are around 10-30MW.  Increasing power on the FP has no
effect.

Checked the voltages on Q5,6 and 7 and U1 and all seems OK there.

I am thinking it's something simple, but right now it eludes me.  Any
thoughts?
