I miscopied Randy's call and stated it incorrectly in my previous post. 
Randy is KS4L, not KS4VL.  Sorry about that.  Conditions were truly awful. 
Although I too was hearing W3JGG's qrp signal from FL quite well.  Bill, 
NA7Y was 569, really quite exceptional.
