[Elecraft] motorola AN762 amp info?

I'm interested in constructing a linear amp to use with K2, and looking at
the Motorola AN762 design. I have the application notes, but looking for
more info on construction. I believe there was an article on this amp one
published in the ARRL handbook. If anyone has further info, or a copy of
the article, I would be glad to get this and reimburse any costs involved.
