[Elecraft] Addit. info on KPA100 in EC2?

Hi Tim,

Since you're doing the KPA100 and KAT100 in the EC2, your KAT100 manual has
all the information you need -- it's a simple matter of having the I/O cable
wired appropriately to connect from your K2IO to the KPA100/KAT100, and
that's documented in the KAT100 manual (p. 25 in my copy).  There are no
extra connectors you need to have nor do you need to punch any holes in the
EC2, it's all seemlessly integrated.

The only additional change I made was adding the 2-watt 270ohm in the K2 per
KI6WX's document.

BTW, I was very impressed with the final product of the KPA100/KAT100 in the
EC2, you'll be pleased with the result!
