[Elecraft] Icom IC706MkII-G Knob

I'm quite fond of the knob on my 706m2, so I ordered one to see if it
would work. The 702 knob is slightly larger than the stock k2 knob; you
will likely need to slightly notch the display cover if you want the knob
to mount flush. Internally, it has a D shaped socket that is not easily
modified to fit the K2's round shaft, so I also picked up the matching
encoder. It is a passive encoder, and I haven't actually tested it in the
K2 yet to see if it'll drive the PIC directly or if I will need to put in
a pair of transistor buffers. The knob and encoder are quite expensive,
but it would be a nice hack.
