Independent of KAF/KDSP, last settings for audio filter are associated with
each XFIL & upon selecting that XFIL for that mode again the audio filter is
reconfigured for those settings.  Since this means talking to the KDSP,
something else could be done for its menus, though I'm not sure what that
might be.

Mode & XFIL & from above AFIL settings per VFO remembered per band.

Less coarse power control of KPA100.

Add RC to KIO commands that will work in transmit mode.
