[Elecraft] K2 Voltage display reading

I realize D10 produces a .3 voltage drop from the input and should read
so on the display. My concern is the built in volt meter shows 13.4
with a power supply input of 14.0 volts. Voltage measured across D10
does show the advertised 0.3 drop at 13.7. But the built in volt meter
reads 13.4. 

I don't recall if the built in meter can be calibrated. Or am I missing
something?
