I think this is good advice for a QSO in any mode. You can often hear some=
 really interesting stories by asking what the latest local events are where=
 the other op lives. Sometimes you'll get a history lesson, sometimes you=
 hear about a local scandal. It's nearly always more interesting than=
 finding out it's raining on their dipole that's 20 feet high.
