[Elecraft] K2/100 Documentation Upgrade

I would like to see doc upgrade, something like the following, as an=20
optional extra priced under $100.


                          "K2/100 OPERATION and MAINTENANCE MANUAL."

   * Higher quality, more comparable to the standard set by that fine =
radio.

   * Covering  operation, calibration and maintenance only,   no kit =
building.

   * Good, sturdy paper stock and binding.  Possibly loose leaf, but =
with=20
      reinforced holes.

   * Comprehensive INDEX.=20
