The KAF2 and KDSP2 are mutually exclusive.  The KIO2 and KBT2 (and
KAT2) which mount in the top cover are mutually exclusive with the
KAT100 when the latter is mounted in place of the K2 top cover (not if
the KAT100 is remotely mounted as described by KK7P and KI6WX).  The
KAT100 includes the functions of the KIO2.
