[Elecraft] OT: QST Cover Plaque Award

Hmmm...haven't gotten a QST yet, I joined ARRL in September, have my ID 
card ... but that is all I have heard from them so far ... I will go 
online and vote for Ron's article... in advance Ron :}  looking forward
