[Elecraft] Missing Pre-installed C32 on the XV144 RF Circuit Board

Thanks Calvin.  You are correct.  On page 47 it says that "SMD capacitor C32
on the left next to the notch" should not be installed for the XV144
transverter.  I did not get that far.  I was just doing an inventory.  It
needs to be made more clear because according to page 14 C32 is
preinstalled.
I hope this helps others.

Roger, on page 47, left column, last instruction, there is a list of
components not to be installed.  C32 (labeled as C58 on the board)is listed
as not to be installed.  I ran into the same thing on the 222 version.
Maybe this list should be at the first of the manual.
