Yes, it is available over the counter. It usually makes it about the  
1st of the month, or a little bit later. The original thinking was to  
make sure the members got it in the mail first, before they saw it on  
the news stands. Give it a week or so and you will probably see it show  
up at Borders. Be sure to ask them if they carry it...

Otherwise individual issues are available from the League, but then you  
might want to consider a membership. There are a lot of benefits  
outside of any politics that might be involved...
