[Elecraft] No peak on 20 meters

K2 SN 3777 is up and running  . . . sort of.
I cannot peak the receiver on 20 meters.  Sensitivity is low

All other bands seem to work OK.

Full range adjustment of L8 and L9 have little if any effect.

C21 and C23  seem to have no impact whatsoever.

Suggestions please.
