[Elecraft] Import Duty UK

Marcus,

I sent some stuff to my boy in Paris. It went to the German
DHL. Where it stayed for 17 days before being sent to the
main Paris post office in France --- *and* I had to pay
extra for this "Service".

I now use a different method  :-)
