As others have written, you should pay only 17.5% VAT and Parcel Force=20
handling charge.  If the red and white sticker shows that you've been=20
charged anything else, claim it back.  I did this once when I was charged=20
duty on an Elecraft shipment, and it was easy.  I just e-mailed UK Customs=
=20
and they asked me to send them the red and white sticker from the packaging=
=20
and a copy of the receipt and customs declaration.  The latter had been=20
removed by the time the package reached me, but Lisa at Elecraft faxed me a=
=20
copy.  That satisfied Customs and I got a refund fairly promptly.
