[Elecraft] K1 Power indication.

Hi to the group.   =20
I just finished my K1 and everything works EXCEPT the powerout remains =
at 4.5 watts(Measured with WM-2 wattmeter) when I try to change to other =
levels, 1,2 or 3 watts as indicated on the LCD display.
Page 60 of the handbook indicates that Q5,D18, and U8 are the circuit =
components but I want to make sure I'm not doing something stupid with =
the push buttons before I open the case again.
