[Elecraft] SSB Unit and P1

The erratta to the KSB2 manual states that, if you 
have the Elecraft-Heil microphone, you're 
supposed to follow the directions that come with 
the mic.  The instructions that come with the 
microphone just have you jumper all the pins  on 
the control board with the two-pin jumpers that 
come in a brown envelope with the mic.  No messy 
soldering involved; it's simply  "plug and play"!

This would work in my case
