The solution that I've seen on some commercial euipment (with built-in
linear power supplies) is the use of mu-metal to shield the affected
circuitry from the magnetic field generated by the power transformer.

However, due to high cost, I doubt if Astron will ever provide cabinet
enclosures made of mu-metal on their power supplies.
