Hi Gang, Had to share this bit of cold MoJo - I made a contact last night with DP1POL, Felix, who is located at the Neumayer Station, Atka Bay, Anartica. Temperature there was about -35 degrees C. Contact was at 0245Z on 7.005 MHz. The QRZ website indicates he'll be there through November. My K2 was running 5W to a 40 meter rotatable dipole at 50 feet and we exchanged 559 reports. 73, Bill k1ev
