[Elecraft] INFO 080 when building K2 #1348

Hi there

Coming back to this list now when I got the oportunity to obtain a kit
that a fellow OM started
to build on but stumbled into troubles when doing the first "Alignment
and Test, Part 1"

Here are the findings that I got:

When switching rig on I get "INFO 080"    and no Relays reseting

Software is:     MCU 1.04 , IOC (RF) 1.02         Is this the right
thing to have wo different revisions ?

5V at MCU pin 32  (MCU)
4 Mhz at MCU - OK
-------
6V at IOC (pin 1,20)
Aproxx 5V at IOC pin28 - dropping to below 5V when pressing BAND+

So what on earth could be wrong here ??
