[Elecraft] SSB Filter Bandwidth

Hi, All,

I have implemented John's 2.5 KHz bandwidth OP1 filter, and I must say it is
a VAST improvement over what I had when I first built my SSB option board.
The filter is virtually without ripple, and the bandwidth is exactly as
advertised, all as measured with Spectrogram. I would recommend downloading
John's note and replacing capacitors as appropriate.

Nice job, John!
