[Elecraft] op question

My home QTH is TX, but tommorow I will be operating in LA right across =
the border.  How would I identify WT5Y/(portable)Louisianna?  Will be =
trying for PA counties during the PA QSO party and will be trying the =
HFPack Frequencies.  Always on the lookout for K2 serials.  My cheap =
handkey is broke so all SSB (sorry guys).
