[Elecraft] Help!

Hi out there. I'm working on #3434 and have stalled out on alignment and =
test , part 1 (page 41).  When I power up nothing happens.  I have been =
through the troubleshooting for this problem to no avail.  The only =
additional info I can give is that as power is switched on I can here a =
very faint and short click, then nothing.  I know I will need to go over =
every thing once again, maybe twice, three times, but are there any =
likely suspects that can be rounded up first?
