How about an additional resistor in line with C29 and the loudspeaker to
limit the loadcurrent into C29 - no pop/click will be heard.
As soon as C29 is loaded (say after ~500ms) a small
reed relay can bridge the additional resistor so it is no longer in
effect.
The reed relay can be controlled by a simple R/C combination (~500ms).
A reed relay itself needs very little current to operate.
