[Elecraft] KX1 Low Power output

Last week I put together my KX1 s/n 243 with all of the options. The power
output seemed about 1 watt low per the Elecraft specs on 20, 40 and 30
meters. I checked all the items in the trouble shooting section. everything
checked out. I changed the value of R30 to 33 ohms as Gary at Elecraft had
suggested. I had a 33 ohm close tolerance resistor in my junk box. I am
happy to say I am now getting 4 watts output on all 3 bands with a 13.8 volt
power supply.

Perhaps Elecraft should up the value of R30 from 22 to 33 ohms in future
kits.  I know of at least 3 other builders whose KX1's were about 1 watt low
from specs.
