Floyd,
Suggest that you place your Astron RS-30M P/supply on the floor under 
your operating position and you will find your rough CW note completely 
gone.
I have used an Astron RS-20 for several years and have never had a 
problem. It is located on the floor directly under my K2/100 approx. 32 
inches away.
I also use an Elpac WR14212 switching supply for my other K2 and again 
keep it on the shelf under my desk about 24 inches below the K2 with 
absolutely no problem.
Just my 2 cents worth. Hope it helps.
