[Elecraft] KX-1 and Expected Power output

Hi All;

Just completed my KX-1 kit and all went together withou any problems.  I
still have to put in the ATU but will do so later.

I noted in the manual that the output should be around 3-4W on all bands
when using 12V @1A.
My Question:
What wattage have those who have built this rig measured?

My results are as follows:
40M 3.5W @ 7.165MHz
30M 4.0W @ 10.135MHz
20M 2.5W @ 7.165MHz

The one measurement that concerns me of course is the 20M result.  I'd like
to get the power up to at lease over 3W.

Before I go rewinding the toroid transformer, I'd like to hear from other
builders and what they did in the event the power output was not as
expected.

I've read the troubleshooting section and have re-arranged the windings as
per the manual.
