[Elecraft] KSB2 Increased Gain Modification

I have carried out the KI6WX mods, Mike, and they work fine.  I used a 
PH2222A in place of the PN2222A as it has its connections reversed and 
enables the additional transistor to lay with its flat side against the 
PCB.

An observation though, is that I find that, although the carrier 
rejection pot is not as critical, carrier rejection is not as good as 
with the original design.
