Okay, curiosity got the better of me.  I called at old friend in 82nd 
Airborne just a bit ago.  After catching up, I asked him about Army use 
of Morse.  He told me that while the Army in general no longer uses it, 
Special Forces (Green Berets) still require every "A team" to have a 
communications specialist capable of receiving Morse at 25 WPM.  He 
suspects that Delta Force, which is also at Ft. Bragg with 82nd and SF, 
have a similar requirement but they're so secretive that he couldn't 
really say.

Makes sense to me considering their missions...
