[Elecraft] KPA100 reminder: tighten PA transisor hardware (one time)

Some of the KPA100's shipped to our customer service department have loose PA
mounting screws. As explained in the manual, this happens because of initial
thermal changes as you "break in" the PA module. The screws *must* be
re-tightened after you've used the unit for awhile, or you risk PA transistor
damage or reduced life.

If you have a KPA100 and have not done this yet, please review the manual
instructions on this topic. It only takes a few minutes to retighten the hardware.
