[Elecraft] Inital test Initial error

I just tried the power up test on my new K2.  The relays clicked but no 
LCD display AT ALL.  J3=12.8V, U4=8V and U5=5.  P7 is set to the right 
(per instructions) but it looks to me like that says INT 12V.

Where do I go from here?  Thanks in advance.  WB7SBD de ed.
