[Elecraft] K2/100 SN3777 complete - voltage test questions

K2/100 #3777 is finished.

Thanks to the support of the Elecraft staff, especially Scot King and 
Gary Surrency, I made it without significant difficulty.

The biggest two problems I encountered were:

 Figuring out the RFC values with my colorblind peepers,

Waiting for a replacement 5K pot for the power adjust control.  Mine was 
defective.  The pot arrived today and, following tips from Elecraft, I 
had the old one out/new one installed in about 15 minutes.

The KPA100 fired up first try with the only problem being swapped AF 
input to the speaker.  However, during the final tests the voltage on 
D13 indicated 158 volts and U4 pin 6 indicated 28 volts.

What do you folks suppose this means?  Should I be concerned?

I decided to plunge forward and give it a go, with good results in all 
other aspects.

I just wish this wasn't Sweepstakes weekend so I could enjoy the benefit 
of a critical ear and a valid signal report.
