I think you will want to install the BFO upgrade at the same time as the 
TC-PLL upgrade (I take the latter to be the one with the thermistor in 
it).  That is:

BFOMDKT
 K2 BFO Toroid & PLL Ref Osc Xtal Upgrade  (but use the xtal from the 
following)
 
then

E850138
 K2 Temperature Compensated PLL Reference Upgrade

per the website:

> If your K2 serial number is below 3000, we also strongly recommend

> upgrade is installed. (K2s s/n 3000 and up already include the changes

Of course, I am *assuming* that the adopted K2 is below 3000.  If not, 
no need to do the BFO mod.
