HI DAVE, R65 (I ASSUME YOU MEANT RESISTOR, NOT CAPACITOR) GOES ON THE
BOTTOM OF THE BOARD - ABOUT AN INCH FROM RFC5 MOVING TOWARD THE FRONT OF
THE BOARD. 

AND DONT BE EMBARRASED - HATE TO TELL YOU ABOUT MY ADVENTURES TUNING THE
XMTR WITH A DUMMY LOAD THAT WAS REACTIVE - CHASED MY TAIL, AND BUGGED
ELECRAFT SUPPORT FOR TWO WEEKS BEFORE I FIGURED THAT THERE WAS NO
PROBLEM WITH THE RIG - IT WAS THE DUMMY LOAD. GOOD LUCK AND DX
