Yes,.  Well, one set for denoiser functions, and one set for the notch.

Yes.  These change the length of the denoiser FIR filter and are hard-coded
in the DSP.

Setting decay to a lower level makes the system act as if it were more
aggressive, because it doesn't "let go" of a setting very readily.  For
example, in the notch filter, the default of 7 works good on single tone
interference but is marginal on 2 tone interference.  Setting the decay to 1
works great on 1 and 2 tones - but you pay a penalty in artifacts.
