[Elecraft] Unable to mate front panel to FP board due to mic connector bead size

I just got a WESD51 too.  Fabulous.  But now that I can set the temp, what
are the pros & cons of different temps.  I've been using a narrow tip
(forget the designator) at 700 degrees.
