[Elecraft] K2 Temp. compensated PLL mod

Larry,

Can't comment, since I did what you did but first replaced the 14 xtals 
and, therefore, assumed I should use the starting point for my "3.7" 
xtals in the SSB manual.

I am suprised that the other mods would have that effect (assuming you 
did not change the xtals, too).
