[Elecraft] Suggestions for sealing the MoJo in the K2 (lightning protection)

OK folks.  As I go through the process of filing my insurance claim for
pretty much every piece of equipment in my shack, along with my A/V
receiver for my home theater and the kitchen stove, I have some time to
reflect on lightning protection. :-(


My question for the list is:  What do you do with your antennas?  

I have a remote coax switch that grounds all ports when it is turned off
and ground the unselected ports when it is on.  This coax switch is
attached via 2" copper braid to an 8ft ground stake.  From the coax
switch, there is a single coax running into the shack.

Does this help me or hurt me?

What do you folks do for lightning protection?
