[Elecraft] K1...Up and Running

As of a few minutes ago, my new K-1 ser # 1581 is completed and pulling =
in the DX as I listen here on 20.
All worked out perfectly first time round and no smoke or any other =
worries at all. Every voltage and resistance measurement within spec and =
with the Rx sensitivity rivalling the best I've had before and with full =
5+ W out on both 20 and 15 I have to say that I'm very pleased and proud =
to be a new K-1 owner !!
Just one question. Is anyone else out there experiencing a rather =
objectionable sideplay on the main tuning pot shaft ? With the knob =
firmly installed I'm getting in excess of 1mm of play in the shaft.
