[Elecraft] Trouble Again!

Still have the problem. K7RE (Brian) and I double checked the freq probe
there is nothing wrong with it. Brian thought it was something in the Pll
Ref Osc circuit but voltage checks are ok, and all the parts in that area of
the board are the correct one. Still stumped!
