I did hear some folks on phone but got no one with my Icom 706 when I tried a call. My efforts on CW were rewarded however by K5JAZ. I worked him during the
EQP contest but this time was able to get his rig number :) Too bad more people were not on the air. But the band was horrible for voice use and not so hot for
CW. We should move down to 30 or 40 meters for better luck.
