[Elecraft] Microcontroller Code or Hex Files

I was planning on the purchase of a K2 with all accessories after Dayton.  I believe I saw that you would not sell source code on the various microcontrollers that are used in the design.  Are the hex files available for purchase so that we can burn our own chips?
