[Elecraft] possible K2 T/R Problem?

Brian,

I hope that I am not the first to answer your query, but I did no see
anything ln the list so I figured that you deserved some help.  I did not
look over your numbers, just your descriptions.

You did not give your serial number or say if you are using an antenna,
dummy load, random wire or nothing.

What i have as an idea is that the AGC might be pinned.  If you have serial
number >3000 then the pot that controls this may be set full the wrong way.
Best bet would be to try turning is off from the front panel to eliminate
that as an issue.

Beyond that you are out of my league.
