[Elecraft] K2 Resistor Tolerance

I believe the 1% resistors in question have a different (darker) color 
body and the color codes are harder to see, even if you aren't 
color-blind.  I don't think there is any more to it than that.  As 
mentioned elsewhere, you'd need a pretty darn accurate DVM to prove 1% 
resistors were out of spec.  More likely, the resistors might prove your 
DVM to be out of spec.
