[Elecraft] K2 PLL after BFO Mod Trouble

Just did the BFO mod. 
Low freq was a touch high so added a little cap. Now it's right on. 
Now it won't do a PLL. Get Info 232. 
Counter is plugged into TP1. K2 is set for 40 meters. 
Where do I start?
