[Elecraft] K2 Resistor Tolerance

How accurate is your multimeter and is it within calibration? I checked most
of my K2's resistors before fitting them, mainly to double check I could
read them correctly. None gave me any concerns.

Just got my new glasses and have started to assemble the new K2

Control board - R8, 100, 1%. Multimeter gives a reading of 102.4 which is
over 2%. Is this okay?

Expect more naive questions as I work my way through it.
